Olight-USA.com ONLY handles warranty and returns for products purchased directly from this website.
If you have purchase your Olight product elsewhere please contact the selling dealer for service.

RETURNS: If an item does not meet with your satisfaction for any reason, you are welcome to return it.

• You may exchange or return most merchandise for a full refund, less shipping charges, based on the original form of payment, within 30 days after purchase.
• You must notify us, via email, of your desire to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt and it must be returned within 15 days of issuance of a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
• Returned items must be received in the same condition as originally shipped - as saleable merchandise.
• Returns that are recevied in a less than saleable condition (damaged or missing packaging, etc) are subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
• If we paid for your 'free shipping' then upon the return of the product we will deduct the full amount of the shipping originally paid by us from your credit.
• Products that have been modified are not eligible for return.
• Refunds are for the final purchase price only. Shipping costs, insurance, and handling charges (if any) are non-refundable.
• Returns should be shipped insured - we cannot be responsible for returns that we do not receive.

Defective Items: If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within our seller warranty period of 30 days and we will replace the defective item for you with an item of equal or greater functionality.

• Outside of 30 days only manufacturers warranties, if any, apply.
• We do not pay for return shipping but will pay shipping on the replacement item for domestic orders. International buyers pay shipping both ways.
• If you return for a refund any items that were originally delivered to you under the terms of a free standard shipping offer then we will deduct from your refund our fee for ground delivery.
